1)Test
heating system:
Technicians will test system to insure proper
operation and observe functioning of furnace
2)Pre-visual inspection: Technician
will inspect registers and make sure the count of registers
is accurate and the notice the degree of contamination.
3)Remove and clean
registers: Technician
will remove registers and clean and sanitize the registers. He will
replace them after the work is completed.
4)Video inspection: Technician
will video
inspect the ductwork prior to cleaning. Customers are encouraged to
observe during this stage.
5)Technician will set up
negative air
machines: Technicians will set up negative air machine
that
create a
vacuum within the system whenever possible. This prevents
contaminates from dispersing around the home during cleaning.
6)Clean ductwork
associated with
registers: Technicians will brush and vacuum the ductwork
toward the
mains in the house.
7)Create access panels
where
needed: Technicians will cut holes into the
ductwork to get
to hard to get
areas.
8)Clean main
ducts: Technicians
will clean the
main ductwork first on the returns then on the supply’s.
9)Technicians will clean
blower
assembly and furnace.
10)Clean air conditioning
coil and
drain
pan: When there is an air conditioning coil technicians
will
clean coil
and drain pan.
11)Clean plenun: Technicians
will clean
out the plenum of the system.
12)Post Inspection: Technicians
will
show customer cleaned areas and re-video inspect if needed.
13)Seal up access panels:Technicians
will seal-up access panels with screws and metal tape to insure that
there are no leaks.
14)Test heating unit: Technicians
will
test the system and to insure proper operation
